Ingredients

2 to 3 fresh peaches

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Peel and slice the peaches into even wedges and set aside.
