This Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower is a crispy, cheesy, and flavorful low-carb side dish. Ingredients
1 head cauliflower florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower, then cut it into evenly sized bite-sized florets.
2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5. Remove the tray, sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the cauliflower, then return to the oven for 5–7 minutes until golden and crisp.
6. Let cool slightly before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Notes
This recipe can be doubled easily for meal prep or serving a crowd.
If using frozen cauliflower, thaw and dry completely before roasting.
Add a pinch of chili flakes or lemon zest for extra zing.
