1 lb ground chicken

1 large egg

Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, panko, parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
2. Form the mixture into meatballs using damp hands.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, sauté sun-dried tomatoes and garlic for about 1 minute.
5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping up browned bits.
