Ingredients
2 cups sliced kielbasa sausage
1 bag (32 oz) frozen diced potatoes or shredded hash browns
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the kielbasa slices until browned. Set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 ½ cups shredded cheese, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Fold in the browned kielbasa slices evenly.
5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese on top.
7. Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Make sure the sausage is well-browned to add extra flavor.
If using fresh potatoes, dice and parboil them beforehand.
