Ingredients
1 lb flank steak
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh corn
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 stalks green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
2. Slice the flank steak thinly and add it to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef in batches until seared and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side.
4. Warm the corn separately or lightly char it in the skillet for extra flavor.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
6. Assemble each bowl with a scoop of rice, beef, corn, and a generous drizzle of the creamy sauce.
7. Top with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Use pre-cut stir fry beef for a quicker prep.
Char the corn for a smoky touch.
Adjust the sauce’s heat level to suit your taste.
