Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

8 ounces pasta twists (rotini or fusilli)

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

2. Toss the chicken in Cajun seasoning and lemon juice.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

4. Boil pasta twists in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

6. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

7. Stir in heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes.
