Ingredients

1 lb chicken breasts or thighs

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

2. In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
