Description

This Loaded Tater Tot Breakfast Bowl is the ultimate comfort breakfast with crispy tater tots, fluffy scrambled eggs, smoky bacon, and melty cheddar cheese. Perfect for brunch, breakfast-for-dinner, or feeding a crowd. Packed with protein and ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

1 bag frozen tater tots

6 large eggs

6 slices bacon

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 stalks green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven according to the tater tots package instructions and bake until golden and crispy (25–30 minutes).

2. While tots bake, fry bacon in a skillet until browned and crispy. Drain and chop into pieces.

3. In a nonstick pan, scramble eggs over medium-low heat until just set. Season with salt and pepper.

4. In serving bowls, layer crispy tater tots, followed by scrambled eggs, then shredded cheddar.

5. Top with chopped bacon and green onions.

6. Optional: Add sour cream, hot sauce, or avocado as toppings.

Notes

Make sure the tater tots are extra crispy so they don’t get soggy under the eggs.

You can swap bacon with breakfast sausage or a meat-free alternative.

Pepper jack cheese adds a spicy twist if you’re looking for more flavor.
