Description

This Loaf Pan Monkey Bread recipe is an easy, gooey, pull-apart cinnamon bread loaded with buttery brown sugar glaze. Made with biscuit dough and baked in a loaf pan, it’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. The best homemade monkey bread loaf for family gatherings or cozy weekend treats.

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking spray or butter for greasing pan

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.

2. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces.

3. In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Toss the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated evenly.

4. Place the coated dough pieces into the loaf pan, layering them slightly.

5. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla extract to create a glaze.

6. Pour the glaze evenly over the dough in the loaf pan.

7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate.

9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use homemade dough for a richer taste if you have time.

Make sure the glaze covers all the dough pieces for even flavor.

Serve with a side of fruit or coffee to balance the sweetness.
