Ingredients
4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
2. Place the cubed sweet potatoes into the crock pot.
3. Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt over the potatoes.
4. Distribute sliced butter evenly on top.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours until tender.
6. Once cooked, sprinkle marshmallows over the top.
7. Cover again and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until marshmallows are melted and gooey.
8. Serve warm directly from the slow cooker.
