Description

Mini Cheeseburgers are juicy, cheesy, and perfectly portioned sliders that make the ultimate party snack or quick dinner idea. This easy mini cheeseburger recipe features flavorful ground beef patties, melty cheese, and your favorite toppings on soft slider buns. Ideal for game day, family gatherings, or lunchbox meals.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

6 slices American cheese, halved

10 to 12 mini slider buns

1/2 cup dill pickle chips

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tbsp yellow mustard

Optional: lettuce, tomato slices, grilled onions

1 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)


Instructions

1. Divide ground beef into 10 to 12 equal portions, about 2 ounces each. Shape into patties, careful not to overwork the meat.

2. Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.

3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high. Cook patties for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Add cheese slices in the last minute so they melt.

4. Lightly butter the inside of each bun and toast cut-side down in a skillet until golden brown.

5. Assemble each burger: place patty on bottom bun, top with pickles, ketchup, mustard, and any optional toppings you like.

6. Add the top bun and secure with toothpicks if needed. Serve warm.

Notes

Mini Cheeseburgers are great for freezing. Cook patties ahead and store for up to 3 months.

To avoid soggy buns, assemble just before serving.

For extra flavor, try mixing a dash of Worcestershire sauce into the meat.
