Ingredients
24 Mint Oreos
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips or melting wafers
2 tbsp crushed peppermint or holiday sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
1. Place the Mint Oreos in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
2. Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully combined and smooth.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 20 minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate chips or wafers according to the package instructions.
5. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, then place back on the tray.
