Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup caramel sauce
6 fun-size Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
2. Fold in the caramel sauce and mix until fully combined.
3. Stir in most of the crushed Butterfinger bars, reserving a small amount for garnish.
4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
5. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 15 minutes.
6. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
8. Sprinkle the tops with the reserved Butterfinger crumbs.
9. Let the chocolate harden by placing the tray in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth blending.
