Description

No-Bake Christmas Oreo Lasagna is a rich and creamy holiday dessert layered with crushed Oreo cookies, sweet cream cheese filling, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping. This easy no-bake Christmas dessert is perfect for parties, potlucks, and make-ahead holiday entertaining when you want an Oreo lasagna recipe that looks festive and tastes irresistibly chocolatey.

Ingredients

36 Oreo cookies

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups whipped topping, divided

2 boxes instant chocolate pudding mix, 3.9 ounces each

3 cups cold milk

2 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles

2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies, optional

2 tablespoons extra crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions

1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter until evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9ร—13-inch dish, reserving a small amount for garnish if desired. Chill the crust while you prepare the next layer.

2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and mix until creamy, then fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

3. In another bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes, then spread it over the cream cheese layer.

4. Spread the remaining 1 cup of whipped topping over the pudding layer. Finish with Christmas sprinkles, crushed peppermint candies if using, and extra crushed Oreos.

5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the cleanest slices. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for the richest texture and the most stable filling.

Instant pudding works best here because it sets quickly and holds the layers nicely.

Keep the dessert refrigerated until serving time so the whipped topping stays fluffy and the slices hold their shape.
