Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup melted chocolate (optional for coating)
1/4 cup crushed nuts or sprinkles (optional for coating)
Instructions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until mixture is thick and scoopable.
4. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place on parchment-lined tray.
6. Optional: Roll in melted chocolate, crushed nuts, or sprinkles.
7. Chill again for 10 minutes until set. Serve slightly chilled.
