Ingredients
12 chocolate sandwich cookies
3 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup chocolate sauce
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs.
2. Mix crumbs with melted butter until fully combined.
3. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the base of each cupcake liner.
4. Chill crusts in the fridge while preparing the filling.
5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

7. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
