Description

Ingredients

2 cups oyster crackers

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 ½ teaspoons Old Bay seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove.

3. Stir in Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and parsley if using.

4. Add oyster crackers and gently toss until all are evenly coated.

5. Spread crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp.

7. Remove from oven and let cool completely before storing.

Notes

Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
