Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 cup green beans
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread the cooked ground beef evenly across the bottom of the dish.
3. Thinly slice the potatoes and layer them over the beef.
4. Add a layer of sliced carrots and then the green beans.
5. Spoon the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the vegetables and spread gently to cover.
6. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
7. Uncover, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake another 10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
