Description

This One-Pot Spicy Chicken Linguine in Creamy Sauce is the ultimate comfort dinner. Tender chicken, creamy sauce with a spicy kick, and perfectly cooked linguine come together in one skillet. Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

8 ounces linguine pasta

¾ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed. Sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine, bring to a light simmer.

4. Add uncooked linguine and stir to coat. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is nearly tender.

5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir in grated parmesan until melted and sauce thickens.

6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use fettuccine or spaghetti if linguine isn’t available.

Add more red pepper flakes if you love a strong kick.

Don’t overcook the pasta—test it for doneness a few minutes early.
