Ingredients
170g white chocolate chips
115g cream cheese, softened
90g powdered sugar
1 tsp orange extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1–2 drops orange food coloring
170g white chocolate chips (for coating)
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
2. Add orange extract, vanilla extract, and optional food coloring. Mix well.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt half the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals. Stir until smooth.
4. Let the chocolate cool slightly and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
6. Scoop and roll into small balls, then freeze for 15 minutes.
7. Melt remaining white chocolate chips. Dip each ball into melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
8. Place coated truffles on a parchment-lined tray. Let them set at room temperature or in the fridge.
9. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze up to 2 months.
Notes
These truffles taste best slightly chilled.
For extra flavor, add orange zest to the white chocolate coating.
Use gel food coloring for vibrant color without changing the texture.
