Ingredients
1 box brownie mix or homemade brownie batter
12 Oreos, crushed
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
Optional: 1/2 cup mini marshmallows, 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, crushed nuts or extra cookies
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a pizza or square pan with parchment paper.
2. Prepare brownie batter and spread evenly in pan. Bake 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely.
3. In a saucepan, heat cream and butter until simmering. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, and stir until smooth. Mix in vanilla and salt.
4. Spread the fudge over cooled brownies.
5. Press crushed Oreos into the fudge. Add optional toppings while fudge is still warm.
6. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes to set. Slice and serve.
7. For a warm treat, microwave individual slices for 10–15 seconds.
Notes
Use quality chocolate chips for the best fudge texture.
Don’t overbake the brownie base—moist crumbs are ideal.
Crush Oreos just enough to keep texture, not into powder.
