Description

These no-bake Oreo Sushi Rolls are a playful twist on dessert, made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and a sweet vanilla filling. This fun and easy treat is perfect for parties, kids, or anytime you want a creative Oreo dessert idea.

Ingredients

24 Oreos

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon milk (optional)

Instructions

1. Separate the Oreos, scrape out the filling, and place cookies in a food processor. Blend until finely crushed. Set aside a few tablespoons of crumbs for garnish if desired.

2. Mix the crushed cookies with the softened cream cheese. Add a splash of milk if the dough is too dry. Combine until a moldable dough forms.

3. Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper into a rectangle shape.

4. In a bowl, mix the reserved Oreo filling with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add more cream cheese for extra creaminess if desired.

5. Spread the filling evenly over the dough. Carefully roll the dough into a log using the parchment paper. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

6. Slice the chilled log into sushi-style rolls using a sharp knife. Garnish with extra Oreo crumbs or drizzle with white chocolate. Serve chilled.

Notes

Use Double Stuf Oreos for a creamier and softer texture.

If dough is too sticky to roll, chill it for 10 minutes before shaping.

You can swap in flavored Oreos like mint or golden for fun variations.
