Ingredients
1 pound cremini mushrooms
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons cowboy seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
1. Clean mushrooms with a damp towel and slice in half if large.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add mushrooms in a single layer and let cook undisturbed for 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Stir and cook another 5 minutes until mushrooms are browned and tender.
6. Sprinkle cowboy seasoning and salt evenly over mushrooms.
7. Add Worcestershire sauce and fresh thyme. Stir to coat.
8. Cook 3 to 4 minutes more until mushrooms are glossy and well-seasoned.
9. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
