Ingredients

1 large flatbread

1/3 cup basil pesto

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/3 cup Kalamata olives, sliced

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the flatbread on the prepared baking sheet and spread the basil pesto evenly over the top, leaving a small border around the edges.

3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pesto.

4. Add the cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, and red onion evenly across the flatbread.

5. Scatter the crumbled feta over the top.

6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp and lightly golden.
