Ingredients
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
6 large flour tortillas
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 cup cooked Italian sausage
1 cup sautéed bell peppers
1 cup sautéed onions
1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Warm tortillas slightly in the microwave to make them more pliable.
3. Lay out each tortilla and spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center.
4. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
5. Add pepperoni, cooked sausage, sautéed peppers and onions, olives, and mushrooms as desired.
6. Season each with a pinch of garlic powder and oregano.
7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly like a burrito.
8. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
9. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
10. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
11. Let cool slightly and enjoy warm!
