Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate melting wafers
1 ½ cups soft caramel candies
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 ½ cups roasted salted peanuts
1 tablespoon butter
Sea salt to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine soft caramel candies, heavy cream, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
2. Fold in the roasted salted peanuts until evenly coated in the caramel mixture.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet to form clusters. Let them sit for about 10–15 minutes to firm up.
4. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate wafers in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
5. Dip each cluster into the melted white chocolate using two forks, and gently shake off the excess. Place clusters back on parchment to set.
6. Optionally sprinkle with sea salt before the chocolate sets. Let candies cool completely at room temperature or chill in the fridge to speed up setting.
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate wafers for the best coating texture and flavor.
If using soft caramel squares, unwrap them ahead to save time.
To store, place in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature, or refrigerate if needed.
