Instructions
1. Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
2. Mix in the pumpkin puree, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until well blended.

4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
