Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 small tortillas (corn or flour)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and place in a bowl.
2. Add olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
4. While the chicken cooks, warm tortillas in a dry skillet, oven, or microwave.
