Description

Ingredients

1 pound rotini pasta

1 pound ground chicken

1 cup buffalo sauce

3/4 cup ranch dressing

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Boil rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Stir in buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cream cheese. Cook until smooth and creamy.

4. In a large bowl, mix pasta with buffalo chicken sauce. Add half the cheddar and mozzarella cheese and stir.

5. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.

6. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Optional: garnish with green onions or ranch drizzle.

Notes

This pasta bake can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.

You can swap ground chicken for ground turkey or beef if preferred.
