Ingredients

500 g steak (sirloin or ribeye)

3 cloves garlic minced

2 sprigs fresh rosemary chopped

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 red onion cut into chunks (optional)

1 red bell pepper cut into chunks (optional)

8 skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper.

2. Cut the steak into even cubes about 1.5 inches each.

3. Place steak cubes in a resealable bag or bowl, pour over marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

5. Thread steak cubes onto skewers, alternating with red onion and bell pepper if desired.

6. Grill kebabs for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness.

7. Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, and serve hot.
