Description

Shrimp Crab Alfredo Roll Ups are the ultimate creamy seafood pasta bake, packed with tender shrimp, rich crab meat, and smothered in homemade Alfredo sauce. A perfect comforting dinner recipe that’s easy to make and impressive to serve. Great for weeknights, holidays, or freezer meals.

Ingredients

12 lasagna noodles

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup lump crab meat

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons butter

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, then lay flat on parchment to cool.

2. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

3. Add heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until thickened. Set aside.

4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, shrimp, crab, 3/4 cup mozzarella, some parsley, and a few spoonfuls of Alfredo sauce.

5. Spread filling on each lasagna noodle and roll tightly.

6. Place roll ups seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

7. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.

8. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and extra Parmesan.

9. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.

10. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.

11. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use al dente noodles so they don’t fall apart while rolling.

Fresh crab is ideal, but good-quality canned or imitation can work too.

For extra flavor, add a pinch of Old Bay seasoning to the filling.
