Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of salt
Nonstick spray or parchment liner
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
3. Line the air fryer basket with a perforated parchment liner if suitable for your model, or lightly coat the basket with nonstick spray.
4. Spoon small portions of the cottage cheese mixture into the basket, leaving space between each one, then flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon.
5. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers look set.
6. Carefully remove the chips and let them cool for several minutes so they crisp up fully before serving.
Notes
These chips crisp best when the cottage cheese is portioned into small rounds with space between each one.
They may seem slightly soft at first, but they firm up more as they cool.
