Ingredients
2 racks baby back ribs
1 ½ cups BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs.
3. Cut the rack in half if needed and place ribs in a slow cooker, standing them against the sides meat-side out.
4. Pour half of the BBQ sauce over the ribs, coating evenly.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or until the meat is tender.
6. Transfer ribs to a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with remaining BBQ sauce.
7. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes until caramelized.
8. Serve with extra sauce on the side and your favorite BBQ sides.
