Ingredients

2 slices sourdough bread

2 teaspoons butter

2 slices smoked gouda cheese

1/2 medium Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)


Instructions

2. Butter the outside of both slices of sourdough. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside, if using.
