Description

Spicy Cajun Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Linguine is a bold and creamy chicken pasta recipe made with Cajun-spiced chicken, garlic cream sauce, and Parmesan-coated linguine. Perfect for dinner nights, this easy spicy chicken pasta is both comforting and packed with flavor. Great for family meals or date nights at home.

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

12 oz linguine pasta

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

to taste salt and pepper

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Slice the chicken breast into strips or bite-sized pieces. Toss with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned chicken until fully cooked and charred, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant. Pour in the cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.

5. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce, tossing to coat. Use reserved pasta water as needed to adjust the sauce consistency.

6. Top with seared Cajun chicken and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce texture.

Add red pepper flakes if you want more heat.

Reserve extra pasta water to adjust the sauce even after mixing.
