Description

This Spicy Cajun Steak with Parmesan Fettuccine Pasta recipe blends bold Cajun flavors with creamy Parmesan pasta for the ultimate steakhouse-style comfort dinner. A perfect Cajun pasta dish for spice lovers craving hearty, creamy, and indulgent meals.

Ingredients

1 Ribeye or New York Strip Steak

1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

8 ounces Fettuccine Pasta

1 cup Heavy Cream

1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 cloves Garlic minced

2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Generously season the steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let rest at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.

2. Boil salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and reserve half a cup of pasta water.

3. In a hot skillet with olive oil, sear the steak 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing.

4. In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Add pasta water if needed.

5. Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce until fully coated and warmed through.

6. Slice steak and layer over pasta. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality steak cuts for best results.

Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce texture.

Let the steak rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
