Description

This spicy cheesy garlic butter chicken with linguine in four-cheese sauce is a creamy, bold, and comforting pasta dish made with juicy spiced chicken, rich garlic butter, and a blend of mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, and cream cheese. Perfect for dinner and easy to customize, this recipe is a must-try for cheese lovers and spicy food fans.

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breasts

1 tsp paprika

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 tbsp butter, divided

1 tbsp olive oil

12 oz linguine

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded provolone cheese

4 oz cream cheese

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Slice chicken breasts thinly and season with paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

3. In the same pan, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

4. Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

5. Pour heavy cream into the garlic butter mixture. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.

6. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and provolone until fully melted and creamy.

7. Add drained linguine to the sauce and toss to coat.

8. Return chicken to the pan and spoon over any remaining garlic butter.

9. Serve hot, topped with more Parmesan or herbs if desired.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt and texture.

Add more cayenne if you love heat, or reduce for a milder dish.

A splash of milk when reheating helps restore the sauce’s creaminess.
