Description

Spicy Korean Ramen with Grilled Beef & Creamy Sauce is a bold and comforting noodle recipe packed with umami, gochujang heat, and a luscious creamy garlic sauce. Perfect for spice lovers craving a twist on classic ramen.


Ingredients

2 packs ramen noodles

1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced

2 tbsp gochujang

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp grated ginger

1 tbsp sesame oil

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 green onions, sliced

1 tbsp sesame seeds


Instructions

1. Whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar in a bowl. Add sliced beef and marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Heat grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill beef until caramelized, about 2–3 minutes per side. Set aside.

3. Mix mayonnaise, gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and a pinch of sugar in a small bowl to make the creamy sauce.

4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and save 1/4 cup noodle water.

5. Toss noodles with creamy sauce and reserved water until well coated.

6. Assemble bowls with noodles, grilled beef, green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve hot with optional soft-boiled egg.

Notes

Use fresh or instant ramen depending on availability.

Let beef marinate overnight for deeper flavor.

Add extra gochujang if you want more heat.
