Description

This steak marinade is the perfect blend of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and Dijon mustard for juicy, tender, and flavorful steaks. Ingredients

½ cup soy sauce

⅓ cup olive oil

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until fully combined.

2. Place your steak in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, coating it well. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

3. Remove steak from marinade and let excess drip off. Pat dry slightly for a better sear.

4. Grill, pan-sear, or broil steak to your preferred doneness.

5. Let the cooked steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Marinate for at least 1 hour, but overnight gives best results.

Use a glass or ceramic dish for marinating to avoid metallic flavors.
