Description

This Steak & Shrimp Stir-Fry Noodles recipe is packed with juicy steak, tender shrimp, and vibrant vegetables tossed in a flavorful stir-fry sauce. A quick, easy, and satisfying one-pan dinner perfect for weeknights. Includes bold Asian-inspired flavors, protein-rich ingredients, and a customizable noodle base for a crave-worthy meal.

Ingredients

200g steak, thinly sliced

200g shrimp, peeled and deveined

250g stir-fry noodles (yakisoba, lo mein, or udon)

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 carrot, julienned

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Slice the steak thinly against the grain and season with soy sauce and garlic. Pat dry the shrimp after peeling and deveining. Set both aside.

2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to create the sauce.

3. Heat a wok or skillet with oil on medium-high. Sear the steak until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same pan, cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and golden. Remove and set aside.

5. Add oil if needed and stir-fry the bell peppers and carrots until just tender. Stir in green onions last.

6. Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Add cooked noodles and pour in the sauce. Toss everything together until evenly coated.

7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and more green onions. Optional: drizzle sesame oil or add lime juice.

Notes

Use fresh ginger and garlic for the most flavorful sauce.

Donโ€™t overcook the shrimp to keep them tender and juicy.

Rinse noodles briefly if theyโ€™re sticking before adding to the pan.
