Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

20 Golden Oreos

1.5 oz freeze-dried strawberries

1 tablespoon strawberry gelatin mix

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)


Instructions

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined, then press into a 9ร—13 dish. Chill.

2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.

3. Fold in whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.

4. Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Chill in the fridge.

5. Pulse Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until crumbled.

6. Add strawberry gelatin mix to the crumbs and pulse briefly to combine.

7. Sprinkle the strawberry crunch evenly over the cheesecake filling.

8. Garnish with fresh sliced strawberries if using.

9. Chill for 3 hours minimum before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use freeze-dried strawberries for crunch, not fresh.
