Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons almond flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, Parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until fully combined.
3. Scoop 1 teaspoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
4. Flatten each ball gently into a disc with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
5. Bake for 7–9 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
6. Let chips cool on the tray for 5 minutes to firm up and become crunchy.
7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
