Ingredients
1 pound pork sausage
16 ounces Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies (10 ounces)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can diced green chilies (4 ounces)
4 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook the pork sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
2. Stir in the Rotel tomatoes and diced green chilies. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add the Velveeta and cream cheese. Stir gently until melted and fully combined.
4. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning. Let simmer for another few minutes to allow the spices to bloom.
5. Stir in the chopped green onions and cilantro, if using.
