Description

This Triple Chocolate Mousse Cups recipe is the ultimate layered chocolate dessert featuring dark, milk, and white chocolate mousse in one elegant cup. Perfect for make-ahead entertaining, this easy no-bake treat is creamy, rich, and visually stunning.

Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3 oz dark chocolate (60–70% cocoa)

3 oz milk chocolate

3 oz white chocolate

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly. Whip 1/3 of the cream to soft peaks and gently fold in the chocolate. Spoon into serving cups and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

2. Repeat the process with milk chocolate and another 1/3 of the cream. Gently layer it over the dark chocolate. Refrigerate again.

3. Melt the white chocolate and let it cool just a bit. Whip the remaining cream and fold in the white chocolate. Spoon on top of the milk layer.

4. Chill the cups for at least 2 hours to fully set the layers.

5. Garnish with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or berries before serving.

Notes

Chill mixing bowls and beaters for best whipped cream results.

Let each chocolate cool slightly before folding into cream.

Serve in clear cups to show off the layers.
