Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves minced

1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt

1⁄2 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and toss to coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and sear chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.

3. Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté until fragrant.

4. Stir in Greek yogurt and heavy cream, whisking until smooth.

5. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Let sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

6. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes.

7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
