Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
8 hot dogs
2 cans chili
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, diced (optional)
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
1. Lightly spray the inside of the crockpot with nonstick spray.
2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place half in the bottom of the crockpot.
3. Slice hot dogs into bite-sized pieces and layer over the biscuits.
4. Pour the canned chili over the hot dogs evenly.
5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chili layer.
6. Add the remaining biscuit pieces on top and press lightly.
7. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2โ3 hours or LOW for 4โ5 hours until the biscuits are fully cooked and fluffy.
Notes
Use beef hot dogs for a richer flavor.
You can add diced jalapeรฑos or hot sauce for extra spice.
