Ingredients

1 pound fettuccine pasta

1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak

8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear until desired doneness. Rest and slice thinly.

2. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
