12 oz spaghetti noodles 6 slices thick-cut bacon 1 lb ground beef 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 medium onion, diced 1 can (14.5 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp hot sauce 1 tsp chili powder 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3 green onions, sliced Salt and black pepper, to taste

Step 1

Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and toss with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.

In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, reserving some bacon fat in the pan.
