1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced 1 small head green cabbage, chopped 1 ½ pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered 1 medium yellow onion, diced 2 cups chicken broth 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Cook Time: 6 hrs.
Ingredients
Slice the kielbasa into ½-inch rounds and set aside.
Chop the cabbage, dice the onion, mince the garlic, and quarter the potatoes.
Place the potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Layer cabbage, onion, and garlic over the potatoes.
