1 package puff pastry sheets (2 sheets, thawed) 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 egg (for egg wash) 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional glaze) 1 to 2 tablespoons milk or cream (for glaze, optional)
